Terms of Service

Komo is a marketplace where individuals and businesses list authenticated luxury second-hand items. We provide the platform (listings, search, messaging, offers) and charge sellers for time-boxed listing packs. We are not a party to sales between users.

You’re responsible for your account and for the accuracy of what you post. Don’t impersonate others or misrepresent items.

• List only items you own and may legally sell. No counterfeits or prohibited goods.
• Provide honest descriptions, condition, and authenticity information.
• No fraud, harassment, or spam. We may remove listings and suspend accounts that violate these terms.

Listing packs are paid in advance and are non-refundable once a listing is published, except where required by law. Payments are processed by Stripe.

Item sales are arranged directly between buyer and seller. Komo does not guarantee any item, buyer, or seller, and is not responsible for the transaction. Inspect items and verify authenticity before paying.

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, Komo is not liable for losses arising from user transactions or content.
